Subway — Restaurant in Coopersburg

Let me start by saying the food is great at this location. My wife and I come here at least 3-4 times a week. Yesterday (July 9th) we stopped in and normally I order my Protein Bowl and my wife orders her Turkey Hoagie. I go to use the get 2 hoagies for 12.99 coupon like I normally would only for the manager to tell me I can't use it. I could be wrong here, because I don't know corporates policy on this, but I was always able to use it in the past. I asked the manager why I couldn't use the coupon. The sign right behind him clearly states,"make any footlong into a wrap or Protein Bowl". He continued to argue with me saying it's not a Footlong, It's a Protein Bowl. After being treated rudely, I gave up my fight and proceeded to just pay and get away from him. After I noticed my Protein Bowl was the exact same price as the Footlong, I questioned it again. Why can't I use my coupon, you have a sign behind you and it cost the same. He proceeded to argue with me, I paid and left. This person should never have been in a management position. He is very rude, rushed my wife and I threw the line even though my wife and I were the only 2 in the store. I come to this location all the time....Not anymore. Especially if he is working. Sorry Subway that you let people like this...

Let's start by saying i used the drive thru and spent 3 minutes asking if it was working before giving up and driving up to the window. When i got there, i saw her finally start to get her headset on. She watched me turn around and go back to the speaker where i waited AGAIN for another 2 minutes before being helped. We were here at 1:30 pm. Ordered a wheat bread foot long buffalo chicken cheesesteak (extra cheese) and a footlong herb and spice tuna hoagie. Got the buffalo one with the herb and spice bread and steak instead of chicken with no extra cheese. Got the tuna on wheat instead and extra cheese (caked on so bad it was more of a careless cheese sandwich)

Called at 2 pm and they said they'd call back using caller id instead of taking my name and number when the manager got there soon. It's now 4 pm i've called 10+ times and everytime i call they pick up just to hang up on me a few times. I'm still waiting to talk to someone. Would not recomend in the least. It's run by two millenial workers who left a typical impression at every...

Been going to the Subway in Cooperburgs for years. There use to be 3 women working there every time I went in. Always friendly and polite. The place was always well keep. Over the past few months this place has gone downhill. I believe it is under new owners. Every time I go in there seems to be a different group of employees working, never the same ones. Went in there today and ordered a cold cut combo which I have ordered many times before.. The guy put half the meat in that was always in it before and only two of the three types usually in it. When I questioned why there was so little meat, another guy whispered something to him and he put in more meat.

The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, there were no straws, the ladies restroom has been temporarily out of order for the past two months. The soap dispenser in the men's room was laying in the sink. Makes you wonder how the employees wash their hand. Don't think I'll be going back...
