I was here for Mothers Day tea and it was truly awful. The service was ok, and the staff was nice. However, the wait staff were teens and they wore jeans and hoodies. I do teas every mother’s day, and the staff always have some semblance of a uniform. The food was gross. The bread was stale. Part of my meal was a piece of (stale) bread, topped with asparagus and cold Brie cheese. Brie is ALWAYS served warm, and when spread onto bread DOES NOT have the skin. My mother and sister took the desserts home, and both ended up spitting them out (at separate times. Neither knew the other had spit it out). I didnt bother to eat them. There is potential for the tea, but it is not worth it as of now. Their coffee shop portion looked adorable however, so this review does not reflect that portion of the business.

I used jaquelyns for my bridal shower cake, wedding cake, and wedding desserts. And everything was AMAZING! The cake was to die for— vanilla with strawberry filling and buttercream icing. Then the desserts were the perfect size to grab and go and enjoy throughout the night. The pumpkin cookies were my favorite and the apple cider donut holes were a HIT! Everyone complimented our desserts and how yummy the cake was! Pricing was very reasonable and they are so easy to communicate with, definitely would recommend Jaquelyns!!

Jackie made my husband and I’s wedding cake for our wedding on 5/3/25 at Brookside country club! The cake came out beautifully ! It tasted amazing (personally we had, blueberry lemon, peanut butter chocolate and confetti) ! Delivery was on time, communication was great and overall Jackie is amazing to work with ! Jackie also was the host of my bridal shower in April and all of her cakes cookies and treats were phenomenal then as well!! Can’t wait to eat our anniversary tier in 11 months !!

So, I went here for the first time today on a friend's recommendation. I was not disappointed. Starting with the ultra clean interior down to the delightfully moist black bottom muffin and piping hot fresh roasted coffee, this little cafe, nestled in downtown Coopersburg checked all the boxes. Anyone that appreciates great coffee, espresso, cappuccino & lattes should make it a point to visit this charming establishment located right along Main St. Neatness counts when it pertains to the interior of any eatery and nothing can turn a customer off or make a visit go sideways more than a dirty interior. This place sparkles! Not only do they have enough tables in the front and rear of the shop, but they also have a relaxing nook in the front with plush couches and a setee for those inclined to linger longer for great conversation. Afternoon teas and Girls Night Out offerings are the standard here, but make certain that you have reservations otherwise you may just miss out on the delightful occurrences that make Jaquelyn's on Main such a unique experience. Java's up .....

I come to Jaquelyn’s a lot while my kids are in classes nearby. It’s really cute and clean inside and a really great space. However, it is always cold. I don’t get cold very easily, but I bring my jacket with me only to use in Jaquelyn’s. To be honest, the cold is so uncomfortable that if I could find another place nearby that worked, I would. The coffee is fine. The rotating specials are fun. The music is nice. The food is meh. I was not too impressed with the baked goods, the pastries, or the lunch food I had. I have sometimes had uncomfortable experiences of people staring at me. I don’t think Coopersburg has much diversity. But that is not the owner’s fault. The main reason I come back even over proximity is the service. Brylee is super friendly and great to talk to. Her warmth and charm make me look forward to seeing her. On the other hand, the owner has not been particularly friendly or warm to me.

TLDR: stick to coffee/forgo the food, hope Brylee is working, don’t stay long enough to get cold, maybe avoid if...

First time placing an order with Jacquelyn’s, but won’t be my last! First of all, she was extremely accommodating. We had a meeting set up, which I had to cancel due to illness and she was so kind about rescheduling. I ordered a large cake for a graduation dinner and 6 dozen cupcakes for a party the following day. Everyone raved about the cake, which was two chocolate layers, one confetti layer and a chocolate mousse filling with buttercream frosting. OMG!!! It was fantastic!! We traveled 3 hours with all these goodies for the celebrations and our guests were very disappointed that Jacquelyn’s was not local to them. Couldn’t believe how many people asked about the cake and where it came from. The 6 dozen cupcakes we served the following day were also very much enjoyed. Had a combination of chocolate, yellow, carrot (yum!), chocolate peanut butter, caramel and coconut. Place an order, you will not be...
