I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about Eagle Formal — this place is an absolute DREAM come true!! From the second I walked through the doors, I felt like I was being treated like royalty. The staff here is beyond incredible — every single person is so kind, attentive, and genuinely excited to help you find the perfect dress. But I have to give a special shoutout to Palua and Trish — they are absolute GEMS!! So friendly, so helpful, and just the sweetest people ever. They made me feel so comfortable, hyped me up while I tried on dresses, and offered the best advice. It honestly felt like I was shopping with close friends who truly cared about making me feel beautiful.

The selection at Eagle Formal is out of this world — rows and rows of the most stunning dresses in every color and style you could ever imagine. Whether you want something elegant, sparkly, dramatic, or classic, they have it all. I tried on so many gorgeous options, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. Palua and Trish made sure I had the best time, and when I finally found the one, it was such a magical moment!

If you’re looking for your prom dress, or any formal dress really, this is THE place to go. Seriously, don’t waste your time anywhere else. The whole experience was unforgettable — I left feeling confident, beautiful, and SO excited for prom. I’m completely in love with my dress and even more in love with the amazing people at Eagle Formal who made it happen.

Eagle formal wear has been by far one of the WORST experiences EVER. I went March 10th my dress took a whole 6 weeks to come in. Never once did I have an update on my dress or the estimated arrival date. I had to keep calling and asking about my dress. When I came in the dress DIDNT fit me. Not to mention PAULA greeted us poorly just wanted me too leave with the dress that didn’t fit me. The owner took my measurements yet it still didn’t fit at all. When she put the order in for the size I told her I felt as though the size was way to big she told me it would fit perfectly. She ordered a size 10 I told her a size 8 would fit best. I believed her why because she owns the store and should know right? Well when I came back to get resized I was very upset so of course I communicated with her. She looked irritated at this point and offered me my money back. I said no why because I don’t have time to go and look somewhere else as I’m very busy and have my own business. And guess what? She found a size 8 when SHE TOLD ME THERE IS NO SIZE 8 wow… Well she ordered it again this time it came in 2WEEKS. Today I came to pick my dress up Tuesday April 29th 2025 I was greeted by a nice employee and PAULA who again greeted us very poorly. Once different customers walked in and when she was helping another customer her attitude changed she was very polite nice and attentive to the customers. When we paid my mom let the polite young lady know that she wasn’t leaving to happy she didn’t even get to respond when Paula cut her off and shouted “THANK YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY” Paula do better with your customers ma’am 😂. I would rather give this place no stars but it is not an option. I could tell you so much that went wrong with this place but I will stick to the most important. First the owner would not be more rude and unfriendly and UNPROFESSIONAL. They ordered me the wrong size in my bridesmaid dress and when I went to pick it up my order form (with the correct size) was hanging on the dress and I was stuck with the wrong size dress 2 sizes too small. So when I said something she said you will be fine I can't order your new one it will not come in in time. Thats all I got no apologies or let's she how I can fix OUR mistake for you $200 dollar dress. She ended up sending me to her alterations person who made the dress zipper. (Still had to pay for alterations) So on the wedding day I was beyond uncomfortable and just felt like everyone was judging me and I didn't get to fully enjoy my best friends big day. I wrote the owner a personal email after just explaining that she should consider her customers and realize that's how she makes money and has a business. I explained how the experience altered my memory of my friends wedding and that I just really feel like she should have done something for me because it was HER mistake. She replayed tp my email a fee days later with no apoligize still just said in the email "My alterations lady told me you probably wouldn't have fit in the size you ordered anyway" ARE YOU KIDDING??!?
