House of India PA — Restaurant in Upper Uwchlan Township

Though House of India has only been open for a week, my husband and I have now visited the restaurant twice and both times were blown away. Despite being relatively new to Indian food we are huge fans of the cuisine and have spent our first 3 months of living in the area visiting the many Indian restaurants around us. But House of India is already our new favorite! First of all, the atmosphere is fantastic. The restaurant is just aesthetically beautiful with a cool red/black color scheme, tons of seating, a stunning bar, and several cozy eating areas with couches. But even more importantly, the food is just outstanding! We made a joke to the owner that our main conversation over dinner was just endlessly discussing how amazing the food is. We ordered Butter Chicken and Malai Kofta, along with Butter Naan and Garlic Naan. WOW! Just exceptionally flavorful and addictive. Finally, the service at this restaurant is amazing. The servers are extremely friendly and attentive and the owners (who we met on both visits) are clearly so passionate about their menu and serving customers (as well as introducing them to new dishes).

I had the pleasure of dining at House of India in Chester Springs, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience! Being a brand-new restaurant, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything exceeded my expectations.

The food was absolutely fantastic—rich, flavorful, and cooked with so much authenticity. Each dish had just the right balance of spices, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. From appetizers to the main course, everything was served hot and beautifully presented.

The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, attentive, and very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality paired with such amazing food.

The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and inviting, which made the dining experience even better. Chester Springs has been needing a quality Indian restaurant, and House of India is the perfect addition to the community.

I’m really excited to have discovered this place and will definitely be coming back soon to try more dishes. Highly recommended to anyone who loves Indian cuisine or wants to enjoy a memorable...

I visited this new Indian restaurant today and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the clean, modern setup. The staff were attentive, polite, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the meal.

The food was outstanding! Every dish was full of authentic flavor, well-balanced spices, and cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the main course, everything tasted fresh and delicious. You could tell a lot of care went into preparing each item. The portion sizes were generous as well, which made it great value for money.

What really stood out was the combination of great food and equally great service. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to anything we needed. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference and left a lasting impression.

It’s always exciting to see a new restaurant open, and this one is definitely a gem. If you enjoy Indian cuisine or want to try something new, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes...
