A Microsoft update trashed my computer. The Nerds repaired the problem that same day. The most difficult issue was correcting a 3/4 inch "picture frame" of un-displayed info at the edges of the PC. Two days later, I realized that the sound was missing. Called them again on Tuesday to alert them to the problem. It took a rewriting the system files to get the sound working again. But, I was back to the "picture frame" display issue once again. That took another several hours to fix. I was disappointed that their record of the previous work didn't lead them immediately to the necessary fix. That bit of frustration notwithstanding, I am 100% pleased with the Nerds positive attitude, communications and determination to get the job...

Every so often my computer slogs down and nearly dies. In a panic I call Support Nerds and they ALWAYS fix it.
