Update
25 Aug 2019*
We shared a shrimp and sausage flatbread. It tasted nice but all toppings were piled onto the center leaving nothing but cheese on the outer half.
Wine. My wife's glass had lipstick on it even after my wife watched the bar maid wiping the glass. The bar maid replaced the glass promptly when we brought it to her attention.
Staff Olivia was prompt, spoke clearly with good cadence, articulation and enunciation. Olivia chatted with us and saved an otherwise below average experience.

My wife and I shared a clam flat bread. How very disappointing. This flat bread was much smaller than prior flat breads. The clams were only in the center instead of distributed over the entirety of the bread. The parmesan needed a drizzle of olive oil to bring out more of the flavor of the cheese and clams. It was a little dry overall.
Kathryn our bartender saved our experience by chatting with us. Kathryn was prompt, nice, polite, spoke clearly and with a good cadence.
The prices of the wine have gone up for this area. update 24 Apr 2019*
My wife had a Louisiana cajan flat bread which was overcooked. The cheese and meat was eaten and bread left behind.
I had the Ahi tuna appetizer. It was nicely cooked presented well though a bit under salted. The accompanying salad was of proper portion and tasty.
Service The bartender who was also the server was prompt. She was articulate, spoke with proper cadence and diction.
Atmosphere The place was nice, clean and not overly loud.
This is a two part review. Good first , then bad.
My wife and I had a great first part of our meal. The flat bread Colorado was great with lots of meat. My wife's tomato soup was outstanding. Nice portion control.
The server was johnny on the spot, lots of hustle. She was handling a bunch of tables, got our drinks quickly and checked on us a couple of times for additional food or drinks.
Now for the second part. Bad part
I'm unable to separate the poor short rib dinner with the great food review above. It has to do with the short rib dinner. Dry and under seasoned. It needed more seasoning and was way to dry. It needed moisture something fierce. It did present well and was of the proper portion. I will not have that...
Read moreSo there has been a number of issues I have had with the bar manager at the Chester springs liberty union. Just for some insight, I have a disease called Ptosis which cause the skin on your eyelid to droop. Every time I have gone to get a beer or a drink from the bar the bar manager Jason wouldn't serve me. He said I looked like I have been drinking, even when I haven't had a single drink. I understand people who are clearly intoxicated shouldn't be continued to get served, but not for how they look. He wouldn't serve me but would serve people who were stumbling and falling all over the place. So we took a break from going there and the next time I went back for dinner and drinks he wouldn't serve me again, no idea why but he wouldn't. So we called and complained to the management staff about it and they apologized and said they would talk to him. Yesterday I went back and Jason was there. Before I said can I get a drink he said I'm not serving him. He said he had to deal with phone calls and emails, he talked to people we know on Facebook to see what they had to say my girlfriend and I. I don't believe that's very professional. He is discriminating against me because of a disease I can't help and makes me feel worse about it. But I don't know why if I complain about something it comes back to make things worse. Everything would've been fine if he apologized and just left it at that instead of just being like nope I'm not serving him. I'm never going to any liberty union again and I'm gonna do what I can to inform people of the discrimination and insensitivity the bar management has for...
Read moreI was here yesterday with my sister, brother-in-law, and niece. We arrived in separate cars, with my sister i arriving firsr, and immediately offered seating indoors, on the porch, or patio. We chose the patio, and a server brought us large glasses of water, and flatware wrapped in a large cloth napkin (not polyester, that always slides off your lap). When the rest of our party arrived, and we expressed interest in the buffet, we were given directions to the room. The spread was very generous with a mixed green salad and two kinds of dressing, sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, drizzled with a light vinegarette, sliced beets and tomatoes, melon kabobs, as well as a carving table with sliced ham. Other offerings were plain scrambled eggs, and eggs scrambled with onions and peppers, bacon, sausages, and mac and cheese. Plain toast, French toast, as well as several desserts. Also offered were Bloody Mary, and Mimosas. Service was very good, with out server informing us that although the buffet ended at 2pm, the food would still be out for at least 20 minutes after that. The ambience was charming, although we didn't see much of it since we ate outside. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Our wrought iron table was shaded by huge umbrellas. I highly recommend this large, but efficiently run...
