The worst customer service I have ever received. A disappointing encounter with an individual who made it very clear he didn’t want to complete the small order I was looking to place. He kept telling me it would be easiest to come in because there were “too many variables” to discuss over the phone, although a picture of the project we wanted completed had already been emailed. He also let me know that it could be weeks because they were busy with several installs. Another service I found in the area was able to both take the other through email (using the same picture as a guide) and turn out the project in just a couple of days. Only one word.... OUTSTANDING! They have OUTSTANDING customer service! They were OUTSTANDING in pricing! And they were OUTSTANDING in timelines! They were the only place in town that would take on a unique old classic engraving of a classic car dash plaque from the factory for my classic car. They did it with confidence and accuracy. It looks just like it came from the factory over 40 years ago! The time he quoted was more than reasonable, however he had the project done 2 days early! I asked to have a plate engraved and gave them an example to copy. What they delivered doesn't have the same font or spacing. And it looks like it was engraved by hand. The engraving isn't clean...very rough looking. It's surprising that a business would put a $18 price tag on a product this poor. I'm disappointed in my experience and can't recommend...
