I had no problems with the service, they just didn't tell me that apart from paying for my shipping, they were also going to charge me at the time of delivery, so the shipping costs are very high and they still come with more charges. I explained to him I pay for Amazone Prime, so I do not need to do anything except bring in the item and the QR code to scan and return. No box is required of me or packing, but I always pack it back up exactly how I received it to make it easier on them. No need to waste boxes and bags when they come with them.
