Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vacaville

Terrible. Ordered a GREEN shredded chicken burrito supreme, with extra chicken. I didn't see the green sauce, much less, taste it. There was next to nothing in the way of chicken, kept thinking as I'm eating.. it was all down the other end, maybe... But as I got to the last 1/4 of the burrito, it was the same. NO CHICKEN, never mind that I PAID for EXTRA! The rice...Omg... besides portion being about the smallest side of rice ever served...Some grains were undercooked, almost crunchy...Others still too firm, and few were soft, the only thing consistent about the rice, was that it tasted like cardboard from first awful bite to last. Very disappointed. Worst taco Bell experience EVER... and I'm a fan of taco Bell. I gave 1 star, for the cashier, she...

Paid almost $50 and didn’t even get all our food and what we did get was cold. The chicken was questionable at best. I guess I should have checked to make sure it was all there but when there are 4 people looking at the order in there you would think it would be right. It will be interesting to see how all the fast food will do seeing that they are going to $20 an hour. Hopefully the owners will drive better quality from there staff otherwise with higher food costs to compensate for the higher wages if they can’t make a better customer experience fast food might become a thing of the past hitting peoples...

This was the worst costumer service I’ve ever had when we drove up to the drive thru window the lady told us there was no Baja blast and I told my bf to pick another drink and she got mad and didn’t wait for us to respond, she closed the window and poured whatever drink she wanted to. We then had to come back because we were missing tacos and the next day we woke up with Covid. That Taco Bell was the only place we had gone to the whole day. I’m positive I got Covid from someone coughing on my food, the lady was not wearing a mask.I will never return, that lady...
