Napoli Pizzeria Vacaville — Restaurant in Vacaville

Went in for dinner last night with my family of 6 for my son's 8th birthday! We got seated right away, service was okay. The problem came when the bill hit the table and my husband was pulling out cash to pay... as a family we walked to the door and the entire staff was at the front looking at us like we weren't going to pay. The bill was $86 and we left $110... regret that. My husband or I didn't speak about how we felt that whole evening till tonight at dinner. He said " didn't you feel like those people at the pizza place thought we were going to run out on our bill?" I had been feeling the same way but didn't want to bring it up it front of my children and ended up forgetting about it. The Vallejo shop may not be in the safest location but over here we don't judge or discriminate. I would highly recommend a staff training , DO BETTER.

My wife and I are the kind of people that love a beer with our pizza... Where I come from when you go to a family owned restaurant week after week and spent a lot of money dining there they, "the establishment" show's their appreciation by perhaps discounting their soda or national selection of beers like Bud... We ordered a 12" specialty pizza, "it was great" and a 16oz glass of Bud Light draft... Pizza was great , cost $25.00 but when they brought the bill and saw $5.00 for a glass of beer that probably cost them around a dollar, well it kinda was not very appreciative of them I thought.... I ordered a small half combination and half pepperoni, sausage pizza, 6PC wings and it came up to $29.63. I arrive and the wings are dried crispy and the combo side has no onions or bell pepper or mushrooms. I ask where is the rest of the combo and the cashier reports she can cook me up a side for $4 more. No thank you but that's not a combo. I just spent $30 on a small pizza and 6 wings and now I'm supposed to pay more money for the rest of my combo. Then I ask can I have my money back because I am not satisfied. No, but she keeps referring to the menu and repeating herself as if I don't understand, no you don't understand I want the cfc...
