I entered the restaurant during covid-19 pandemic when they were only offering takeout. There was one person besides us in this establishment who was currently being helped and finishing up at the register. As soon as that person was finished they walked out the door and the cashier walked away from the register. Now the problem that I had was that no one greeted us as we came in and I hate to sound like that guy but it goes further. No one offered to help us at all although we were standing at the register waiting to be helped. The cashier returned and didn't speak to us. At this point my wife and I are confused. The cashier looked us in the eye several times but never said anything. He came to and from the cash register several times and aided his teammates several times with different tasks. Not once did anyone say I will be right with you or it will be a second. I can not make this up we were standing there for atleast 10 minutes. No one said a word. There were three employees working and no one offered to help us. My wife and I decided to just walk away and eat somewhere else and I cannot help but feel that the way the cashier treated us was intentional. Am I overthinking it? Read moreI placed an online order for pick up and waited for the confirmation text to go in. Once I arrived, there was no food in sight that was ready for pick up. When I asked where the order was, they said they already made the order and to make sure we didn't ask for delivery. Upon reviewing our order and verifying that we, indeed, did NOT put it for delivery they only stood there saying "We already made this order" over and over again. After emphasizing that they let someone take my order they finally began making another. Once I finally waited an extra 10 minutes I got a bag of food that wasn't my order. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finally give me my right order, but they didn't apologize or offer compensation for the massive slip ups, they just gave me my food and said "here you are."
