Burger King — Restaurant in Vacaville

This is the second time I have received poor customer service while using the drive through. Both instances were bye different employees. Neither seemed to be in a good mood and are lacking professional communication skills. We ordered Classic Chicken sandwiches which were over cooked/burnt and our drinks were filled half way. When I asked for a little more ice and a bit more soda, they looked at me like I was crazy. I felt the uncomfortable vibe they were giving and asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was not in but her name is Leticia. They could not provide her last name because he said he didn’t know. REALLY! I also attempted to go into the store but the doors were locked yet again. Time was 4:30pm. I drove around and asked when their lobby will reopen and they did not know. They actually told me they weren’t sure why the doors were locked to begin with. Of course no one ran to unlock them. I have been in this area for 7 months now and the doors are always locked. I will copy this situation and relay it to corporate because I don’t trust that this will make it through the proper channels. a crappy place to eat at, every time i go there the quality is down the prices are up today I went there for a classic chicken sandwich with fries and 8 piece chicken nugget, the sandwich was dry, the fries where stale clearly setting there for a while, the chicken nuggets I don't even consider edible, I asked for sauce before I ate they ignored me. I took a bite out of the chicken nuggets and then had to throw it away, ON TOP of that food poisoning after I finished the meal it started coming back up, IF i had the money for a lawsuit I wouldn't let you guys stay in business, shame on you, like actually shame on you, why do I have to get sick from eating, like why. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating their it is trash, it is expensive, it is overall bad, I cant even consider it food...

Me and my cousin and my little sister went there and was yelled at and told that 'unoccupied kids can't be in the store' even though we are all teenagers. When we walked in, there was already kids in there that were served anyways. When we came back with my aunt, the manager cussed when he was speaking and told us 'the owner didn't want kids in there' but there was no sign that said that minors weren't allowed in the store and no indication anywhere. The manager and an employee were laughing about the situation right in front of us and were very rude. We were yelled at the whole time we were there, and they never answered any questions. If we made a point, they would say something about vandalism and the owner. We won't be going...
