Ronald Carter is an expert bench jeweler that is very knowledgeable in his field, he can literally answer any question about gold, diamonds, etc.. They will also check your diamonds if they are loose free of charge! They design and custom build jewlery to the customer's needs. They will order diamond and other precious stones for you to look at and choose from, if you don't like any thats fine you are not obligated to purchase anything! After 35 years of my husband wearing his channel set diamond wedding band, he lost a diamond. We took his ring to the Jewelers Workshop to have the diamond replaced. Upon inspection, they discovered that the gold had worn down along the channel, and he was in jeopardy of losing more diamonds. It was recommended to build up the gold along the channel as well as to replace the missing diamond. We decided to also have the ring sized up one size. This was late on a Thursday afternoon, before a holiday Monday. They ordered the replacement diamond while we were there. The ring was ready to pick up on Wednesday. I have been to them several times with resizing rings. Very friendly and have always been honest with me. Today I went in to see about resizing my mothers ring as to be able to wear during my graduation ceremony. He knew it was very important to me and yes it was very short notice, needed it by in the morning. He worked his magic resized and brought the beautiful shine back that it once had.
