went back a month later. just close already! I do hope Alex the owner does read this because you are doing a terrible job. I decided rather than a Publix sub I would buy from a locally owned business. It took 30 minutes for a SANDWICH! A SANDWICH! The owner Alex is just walking around like he just doesn't even know. Two girl’s chit chatting like no tomorrow refilling coffee beans, back turned towards food window with hair hanging in window. Finally 30 minutes I received my food. I ask the girl in a zip up hoodie why it took so long? Her reply is typical I don't know what I’m doing answer which was "We are backed up and have new staff". Mam you should have been back there after the first customer asked how much longer it would be not the fourth. Like I told her, food magically appeared when you went back there, you should have been back there to begin with. Not chit chatting with your friend who you both looked like you just rolled out of bed with oversized shirts and sofee shorts. Do we not care what we look like anymore? I'm just shocked with the lack of care and worth. I am so angry my $16.00 meal isn't even appetizing anymore and threw it away. I should’ve gotten up after 15 minutes and demanded my money back. Rest assured my entire staff will no longer indulge in your stupid wait times. Have a lovely day.

Tip worth thousands: Hire someone who knows what they are doing. A.K.A a kitchen manager with years of experience and knows how to deal with “New Staff” and or “Wait times”

Great place to read and relax, but both bathrooms 🚻 were out of order, my vanilla coffee ☕ had no vanilla, and my friends ' coffee 😢 was yucky both times. He loves this place normally, however, the wait staff was about as rude as can be to me...(my first time there). Needless to say, I would never return, but my friend insists that I should give them another try. If it were up to me, I'd never return. As the shepherd, so are the sheep... which means to me that the owner, Or manager, or both must be "HE'LL on Wheels" or they are blind and deaf to allow the staff to be so rude and irresponsible. Being my first time there, I truly didn't notice any signs that said the patron must bus their own tables. (Mind you, we spent $40.00 for breakfast and 1 coffee ☕ each, with No refills, my friend only got a 2nd, replacement coffee because his first coffee was burned. The extremely rude waitress was washing tables close to us, and barked to us, "clean up your own table...we don't do that for you, you must bus you own table". startled, I looked around and noticed that we were the only people in the place, and she wouldn't even place our few dishes in dish tray, as if a new guest was automatically supposed to know her rules....I personally don't know how they expect to stay in business. I try vegan/vegetarian plant based food anytime I go to a new city. Ordered a waffle for almost $10 and a wommlet $10. I don’t typically eat eggs but wanted some protein. The waffle was plain with nothing on it. 3 or 4 next to nothing sprinkles of powdered sugar. According to the menu should come with powdered sugar and whip. Fruit additional. Tried to call in the store to make sure of what comes with it. Mine was plain as day and dry as the Mojave. Called 3x got hung up on each time. No one ever answered. Finally went back in, kindly showed her the food. They gave me a soon full of strawberries and a squirt of whip. I didn’t get charged for the spoonful of fruit so I am grateful for that but the portions were minimal. Nothing like what you would get had it been made properly. Cashier said the cook has multiple orders and they probably just forgot. The food had absolutely no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. Bland and extremely underwhelming. Then I see the hair on the cup. There were strips of carrots on my strawberries along with the black hair on my strawberry plastic cup. Everything straight in the trash.
