My husband, my dad, and I purchased furniture from Vallejo Furniture. My dad went in first and bought a dining table. A few days later, my husband and I returned and ordered a living room set. Holly, the salesperson, added everything onto the same receipt and just gave us the total — we were never shown or told about any return or cancellation policy.
A week later, we came back to cancel the order, and as soon as we mentioned it, Holly immediately said, “You can’t. It’s a 25% cancellation policy.” That was the first time we ever heard of it. When I said we hadn’t signed anything, she pointed to a document our dad had signed and said, “You’re the same family.” I explained that we were not present for that purchase, and that she had never disclosed that policy to us.
Instead of being helpful, Holly became incredibly rude — rolling her eyes, raising her voice, talking over me, and even laughing when I asked to speak with a manager. Her response was, “We’re family-owned. There is no manager.” I have never felt so disrespected or dismissed by someone in customer service.
To make matters worse, her coworker actually apologized for her behavior, which tells you everything you need to know.

The manager, Holly, had one of the most disgusting attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Instead of helping me with my issue, she was dismissive, condescending, and downright rude. It was clear she had no interest in customer satisfaction.
To make things worse, their return and exchange policy is absolutely terrible. Once you purchase something, you have practically no options if it doesn’t work out. It feels like they care more about taking your money than actually standing behind the products they sell.

Read moreIf I could give this place a ZERO star I would. I got furniture (a couch, a kitchen table, and a chest) delivered from here and the very next day I seen roach looking bugs. I seen 4 bugs in 3 days and after doing some research I realize they were German cockroaches. I had to have Terminix come spray to get rid of them. After they sprayed I opened up the drawers on the chest to find another roach laying dead inside of one. I don't even feel safe putting my kids clothes in it so I'm calling them to come pick this stuff up tomorrow.
