I am giving zero stars due to zero customer service, but this review will not let me post unless I give a least one star. I have done business with this company for a few years, and I am done. I had trouble signing into my account that I have had for years. I sent the "contact us" email 4 times requesting someone to fix my account as I had 2 orders pending. It states that they will get back with you in 24 hours. This is FALSE. I finally received the first order which was for the Hurricane Harvey Relief T-Shirts. Then, I finally received my second order which was not even what I ordered. My event is next week and I have the wrong shirts. Two emails and and attempt to contact later, NO RESPONSE of any kind. They do not have a phone number at all. They appear to have no interest in correcting my order and I am now stuck with 15 shirts for my event that doesn't even have the design on them that I ordered. I am done and will not order from them again. I am putting this same review on their FB page, and I am reporting them to the BBB. UNACCEPTABLE...
   Read moreTwo Chicks Design has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order on 2/18/19, which I did not receive. After several e-mails asking about the status of my order, the only one that they responded to was the one that told them I was contacting my credit card for a refund due to items not received. And their response was a form e-mail on 4/3/19 stating that my order was on its way. No explanation and no apology for the delay. I finally received my order on 4/10/19 and unbelievably, one of the shirts was the wrong color, even though the order slip that was enclosed clearly had the color that I ordered on it. Once again, I sent several e-mails to them about the incorrect shirt and I am STILL waiting for a response! Customer service is everything and this company has absolutely none. If I could rate them as Zero Stars, I would. Take my advice and save yourself some aggravation and donât order from this company, unless of course, you donât care when or if you get your order and then hope it is actually what...
   Read moreI have been ordering from two chicks for some time---I placed an order on July 12th, after hearing nothing, I sent another email on August 2nd.....was told it would be shipped immediately....after repeated emails over the next two weeks, I was about to go to bank to get money back---no number to call, no responses to my emails. and poor service ---I wont be shopping here again ....I received my order on August 19th, via priority---no apologies, nothing----this is unacceptable.... these days, service is everything....( 4 years ago)
update 6-21 2022 well, silly me....I tried to give them another chance. I have filed a claim with my credit card company...no response via amazon pay or two chicks. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! the customer service sucks and communication is a BIG FAT 0...
