Okay so the GM by the name of “Kamira” that comes from The Lagrange GA Aaron’s was apparently at the Valley store helping the assistant manger out due to lack of help. This lady called me asking about a payment and before I could go into detail this woman cuts me off states “that isn’t going to work” and starts HOLLERING at me!! I have been waiting on a repair guy since Dec 21st 2021 and he stated he wasn’t going to come all the way to my area unless he had more jobs because the ride was too far. I had been communicating with the actual GM of the store and I’ve been waiting on new furniture since Feb of this year because mine is seriously just falling apart and the lady is going against what I was told and have proof of In text that I was going to get credit saying she wasn’t going to give me credit, that she needed at least a half of a payment today and I had been stated I wasn’t going to pay for anything that was falling apart. They have now breached the contract by not doing ANYTHING in a timely manner. They let a lady from another store that had no idea what was guaranteed to me or promise call me and hollering at me. She must not know the law because it’s harassment, verbal assault & and putting other employees in hostile work environment. The way she talked to me will not be tolerated. I am pregnant and will NOT BE TALKED TO ANY KIND OF WAY AND HOLLERED AT. I was never rude to this lady and I don’t know who made her angry but she needs to be fired and do anger management. This is NOT a business. It’s unprofessional, inexcusable & ON TOP of all of this I was then told by the Assistant Manager Adam in Valley “she didn’t mean any harm, she didn’t know, she’s just here helping today, please don’t let it upset you, you’re not supposed to make a payment until you get new equipment anyway” well I was asked to make 2 payments while awaiting since Dec of last year just to be rightfully treated so then why was she calling me for a...
Read moreThis place is very unprofessional. We are taking our tv back and going to another location . we pay on time every two weeks and if something comes up we call. They charged my card double the payment and did not refund my money back to me. Then when I was a week behind and couldnt call because I was working a lot they sent someone to our house to get our tv. So I went to store and ask them why they would send someone out and the manager of the store Tim was so rude I have never been spoken to that way like I was a child and like I coulsnt afford his tv. His statement to me was if you cant afford the payment then would like to return the tv as I am paying him the little 50 dollars we owe him. I left my name and 2 numbers to call when it was received Keep in mind we already have a stove that we are paying for with the same phone numbers . So I never received a call.
