Kosmos — Restaurant in Valparaiso

A few weeks ago my boss took me to lunch at this place Kosmos for the first time and OMG this was probably thw 2nd best food and service I have ever had in my life! Its been atleast 6 years or longer since I even tasted anything close to as good there food is. And when you think its already the best....It gets better because they litterally give you like 3 burgers all in the shape of one amazing, giant, juicy burger surrounded by all the fries me and my two kids could possibly want. Now i wish there buildings where a little more professional looking. And a lot bigger cuz the restaurant I visited looked like maybe 6 families could actually eat here at the same time before it would get way too crowded. Im here to tell you though if this franchise Kosmos fixed there restraunts and remodeled them. They would be the number 1 restraunt in North America with no one even coming close. Thats just how good there...

Well that was weird...just left kosmos the owner came out and was yelling at me cause I pulled up in front like I was asked to do. Some older people wanted to park where I was waiting for my food and clearly was not a parking spot. Owner runs out and yells at me to have respect for older people.I have the utmost respect for my elders and would have moved had I been front of a spot for people to park. He then aggressively verbally assaults me. I then told him I was told to pull up here and I would move. Was not good enough for him and continue to yell at me. Extreamly friendly staff, good portions. However food is very bland. Blander than bland, had to add basic seasonings like salt and pepper, and smother it in ketchup and hot sauce. Pretty sure their potatoes are the canned ones they fry up on the stove. Asked for medium eggs and my eggs were basically raw. Had snot like eggs in my breakfast. Food was luke warm. A year or so ago got biscuits and gravy and was bland but good portions, tried to give them another chance and got the country fried steak with eggs and toast. Was still not that great.
