I went in on the 26th of March to replace my iPhone screen . Chris was super professional. And got it done in a reasonable time. I came back to pick up my phone, and the screen was already glitching. He said that he would order another screen and I could get it replaced with no problems . Then I realized my camera wasn’t working, and my phone would start to flash once I’m idle mode. And I am 7 months pregnant; so I have to have some way to communicate just in case of emergencies. The same day I got my phone repaired, the top of the screen popped out. I tried to pop it in, and the screen cracked. I called back, and he said I would have to bring it in. My front camera wasn’t working, and the list goes on. I come back today. Which is 4/2/2022. Chris tells me that he has to charge me again, because of a crack on the screen that I did not even cause. Because it pops out. Now at this point I have tears in my eyes, because I already paid him $260.99 . And Chris said it would be around $150 I would have to pay because Sarges did not install the screen correctly the first time. Chris was not trying to work with me or anything. It was all about the money, and I was not going to pay for something that was out of my control.I just simply took my phone, because I was so upset and walked out. Because I was furious and crying. So I do not recommend them, because they will turn around and make you pay, regardless of the 90 day warranty that...

I want to give a huge shoutout to Chris at Sarges cellular repair! I had a very odd request that needed to be repaired! I have simulator implanted on my right side everyone knows it is used to control pain in the back and legs. I have a wand that is used to connect it to the simulator which turns it on and off it broke and I have been waiting to get it replace, I have been using a magnet for weeks to control the on and off of my machine. To make a long story short I had a broken wire on my wand which stop it from connecting to the simulator. Today that magnet that I was using stop working also. My boyfriend had a idea to call Sarges cellular to see if they could help with the broken wand and repair it that is where Chris comes in and save my bad day! He went above and beyond to help me out and repair my wand. I want this young man to know from the bottom of my heart I’m Truly great full for his time and outstanding customer service he gave me. I originally sought the services of Sarge's Cellular Repair above any other such business as I have known the owner/manager for many years. Sometimes, using a business' services based on that alone can be a bring bad blood, but not this time! My fiance's HTC Arrive had fallen out of his pocket and the touch screen was shattered. After calling Sarge's they ordered the part without having even SEEN the phone and notified us that the part was in. I was warned that it may take a day or two to have the order completed as there were many work orders ahead of mine, but we received the repaired phone in PERFECT working order the same day that we brought it in. Chris was very helpful, even though my phone had NOTHING to do with ANYTHING when I told him that I was about to be shopping for a new phone for myself. He was able to not only steer me away from one of the two phones I was considering, but toward the other one and explained in 'plain english' WHY the other choice would be a better fit for me. A++!
