I went back to try again since we heard they had new management. What a waste of time. They refused to take my medical card since it was the certificate from the state and not the card Kraft gives out. Most likely because they wanted to rip me off again or charge me for their card after I already paid for one. The manager on duty on 5/1 at 5:30 was extremely rude and doesn’t know what a medical certificate from the state is which means she should t be working there. Never will I go again. My next step will be to call the state to see if turning me away and not accepting my state certificate is legal. If not, I will be putting in a complain against their license. Do yourself a favor, use another dispensary. These people are snakes and thieves. Definitely staying at the Herbery. Their ATM fees are cheaper and so is their product, and they actually care about their customers.

Used to love this place, not anymore !!! I have been a very loyal customer for 4 years. I’m in there at least twice a week. I went in this week to get some pre-rolls. When I got the pack home, and opened it, 3 of the 8 joints were missing. I called and spoke to the manager, Lisa. She doesn’t care. This is the second time joints were missing from the pack. The first time was only 1, so I didn’t make a big deal of it. I just mentioned it. This time being almost half the pack, I felt ripped off. I even went back today. Lisa rang up at full price !!! Gave me an unfelt apology and offered to discount when I got upset about the apathetic demeanor. Last time I go there. At least at the HERBERY, I don’t get ripped off by a thief employee. There are way too many dispensaries that won’t rip me off and not care.

Got a response 2 months later that they finally made changes ? What took them so long. Nobody ever reached out to me either about being ripped off at their business either. They just want my money. It’s obvious from it taking 2 months to figure out they have at least 1 thief working for them, they really didn’t care their employee ripped me off. Still not going back. The Herbery has been way better and I don’t get ripped off.

Reached out to me months after about my medical card. Lousy excuse. I went to Fire and Frost where they took care of me the right way. I’m never going back to Craft again. They suck and ripped me off in the past. I should have known better. I use my card to grow my own anyway. If I need a dispensary, I will go to Fire...

Very limited selection of pre rolls. Most are 8$ per joint at the low end. On the low end 15$ per small blunt without infuse and you cannot buy just one.

I mean I wanted to smoke. Just one preroll.

Only single joint? 2 options 6$ each. Low end. But I was told bye they budtender who talked really fast and didn't listen or ask questions, that they burn the throat.

Who carries and sells product that actually "burns," anyone? I wonder what a burnt throat actually feels like.

I must have said, "I will take that one," after saying, "these prices are very high," 5 times before she accepted my answer. I wanted to leave more than to look around any more.

Underlying being, "you are talking to fast. Do not listen. Or ask questions. And are charging me way too much money."

The specials? Only apply if you buy multiple items. So if you want to buy 4 cartridges? 20% off. Which is what most places 1 day a week discount a single cartridge.

With all that said. I hope what I bought is good. Since I paid like 8$ a joint for 2 joints. But I'm no conesieuer. I rarely smoke. So how would I know?

So first off they scan ID here. Anyone who tells you scanning ID is not for keeping records is lying. They scan it to prove you were of age and checked your ID. How is that not keeping records? I was not asked if it was okay to scan my ID before it was scanned. Can't these people be trusted to read the ID? I mean what do they get paid for?

Definitely go here if you have a fortune. And want a lot of the same product. And want to be profiled by the government AND a private business for taxes and prove you didn't commit a crime buying in the...

(Updated) The place has a decent selection and prices, the staff are a mixed bag.

I called ahead of time to ask if my temporary ID would be accepted, person on the phone said it would be with a secondary ID with a photo. Brought both and was denied. Dude said it wasn't acceptable identification, despite me having been a craft member and regular for over a year.

Someone in the situation is wrong and needs to be trained in what is and isn't acceptable identification. I've picked up controlled medication with just the temp ID so I do not understand what the issue is outside of ignorance.

Ps. It wasn't a "photo on a phone" as the owner claimed, it's a scanable electronic ID. Hence my mentioning of getting narcotics with it, its entirely functional as a license and ID, just no photo. I assumed that's why I was asked by the staff to bring my expired license. Something I didn't need for prescription narcotics. Either way my point is I was told one thing and then another, hence my saying "someone in this situation is wrong" and "the staff is a mixed bag" because the staff are inconsistent in what protocol is.

Instead of recognizing that, blaim was shifted to me when I pointed out I was lied to. I won't be returning to this store being the owner is......
