I've been to this particular location a few times after my visit to the nearby gym. I've had good service from a nice young lady who was pregnant. The food is barely acceptable for the price especially since my family orders vegetarian. My last visit sealed the deal that I will never be back. First of all they make you pay and tip before they will prepare your food. After they had my money and overcharged me for my order the crew working proceeded to literally slop my food together and drown my pita in so much sauce it was barely edible all with an annoyed attitude. They will automatically make the largest pita without asking. When I asked about my which one was mine for a custom order the girl realized she had misheard me (knowing I had been overcharged due to her mistake) she says that's on me (meaning my fault) but failed to fix my overcharge that I caught once I got home and reviewed my reciept. I called to point out the mistake and the guy working just asked well what do you want me to do? As if obviously I don't want to be refunded for their mistake. Bottom line is horrible service and overpriced food is what you can expect but at least there's never a line probaby because of these issues. You'd be better off driving to Jimmy Johns or waiting for a blind onion pizza it will be cheaper and...
Read moreFirst off, let me just say, I used to love pita pit, I would come fairly regularly and have been going to Pita pits for about 15 years now. However, I went again today and found out that Pita Pit has implemented a new system, which I hate. Now you go to the register and order your food, and they make it behind the glass, which they’ve covered so it’s hard to see.
One of the reasons that I used to come to Pita pit is because I could tell them exactly how I wanted it made, and watch them make it. Otherwise, it’s really nothing that special.
Unfortunately, their new system led to my pita being made incorrectly for the first time EVER, because I couldn’t see them make it. They left off several of the sauces and spices that I asked for, it was very bland, not at all the flavor I like. I also ordered falafels and they gave me hummus instead of the tzatziki sauce.
I would STRONGLY encourage pita pit to revert to their old system, and/or for this franchise owner to go back to it. Otherwise, I’ll be done with Pita Pit.
If I go again, I’m going to ask they make it the old way, if they refuse, then I’ll be done for good. Such a shame. I’m still giving them 4 stars because I don’t want the franchise owner to be hurt for this new stupid policy...

Food: Ingredients are consistent with what I'd expect, definitely better than subway's for instance. You can build your own pita or get one of their creations. I usually opt for building my own and in general they offer a lot of flexibility. I get my vegetables grilled with the sauce and seasoning which makes it taste really good! They also offer two types of hummus for free and a avocado for an upcharge. My only complaint here is they really skimp out on the avocado. They only give you 1/4 of the fruit which I don't think is worth the $1 up charge.
Service: Consistent service keeps me coming back, they will make your pita anyway you want it no questions asked! They've gone above and beyond when messing up my pita. They will start over with a new pita if needed which I appreciate. Even if it's something as simple as a hole in...
