This is hands down the best Mexican food I have eaten in 22 years of living in Clark County. The store has a wide variety of quality food, produce and meats. But the gem of this location is the small restaurant in the back of the store. The Latino chef often wears a Seahawks hat and he makes some of the best food I’ve ever had, from scratch, right in front of you with fresh ingredients. The meat is tender and marinated, seasoned to perfection. The price points for more food than you can eat are around $4-5 a person, which is excellent. You might need to wait a while if there is a line, but trust me, it is worth the wait. Finally, please do not forget to tip the chefs with CASH, as this goes a long way in helping them pay bills and support families. Read moreWe moved and I needed to find a new mexican store, in the area. We came here for food noticed all the chairs were on the tables and no one eating so we skipped the food. We were getting meat from the butcher and he was nice. We started looking at items around the store and were going to purchase bread. We were looking and seeing if they were hard meaning old with the tongs. We noticed a lady just standing around watching us she came up to me asked if I spoke spanish, which I do. Then proceeded to tell me we cannot touch any bread with the tongs unless we take it cause no one will buy it. Umm okay… Ive NEVER in my life experienced this kind of service. So we left everything and left I would much rather drive to the other side of town for better service and fresh baked bread. This lady literally...
Read moreI just got back from this place. I've been going there for years now to get my chorizo. Theirs is the best in town, to the point where I won't get it anywhere else.
Today my wife and I tried their restaurant for the first time, for lunch. It was fabulous. I had a carnitas burrito and my wife had a chicken taco. Both where quite excellent. I suspect this will be our new favorite Mexican restaurant. I'll be there next week to check out their birria de chivo. I just know it's going to be muy fabuloso.
