I was looking for a small sectional for my guestroom. I started out at a furniture store across the street, and happened to see this store, as I was leaving the parking lot. I am so glad I checked them out. Mary helped me. She listened intently to all my criteria, even looked at photos of my guestroom to help me find something that would match. She had exceptional product knowledge, and great suggestions. She was really patient, and didn't try to "sell" me on anything. As the piece I was looking for was for a guestroom, I didn't want to spend a lot. I found a cute sectional/sleeper sofa in the store for under $500 that fit perfectly. I also found a super comfortable faux leather chair that I absolutely loved. I looked at five different stores in Vancouver, and even tried a nationwide furniture store in Portland. When I gave the furniture store in Portland my budget, the sales agent just pointed to a corner of the store and told me I might find something in that area. I left rather disappointed. Highly recommend stopping into Sans Midman to look around, as not all of their furniture is shown on their website. I liked the selection and the prices. The quality of their furniture is better than several stores I looked at. Best customer service out of all the stores I visited. I purchased the sectional and chair on Saturday, and both items were delivered, Tuesday. About an hour before my appointment time, I received a phone call stating they were ahead of schedule! That never happens. Usually, delivery drivers call to let you know they are behind schedule. Stephen and Rey arrived early and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I am glad I chose delivery, as the sectional needed some assembly, and was heavy. I love my new furniture and am so happy with the customer service from the sales rep, Mary, and the delivery guys, Stephen and Rey. I will definitely go straight there the next time I am in the market...

We are so happy with the Sofa and Love seat we bought. The extraordinary Service from all is above and beyond! First is sales, giving all the info on the piece’s. Not pushy at all. Just factual! And for us that was very important. It was Amazing! Helping to do comparisons was another big help, as it gave us more info on what we were wanting. Next we’re the ladies that did the financial and paperwork part. So very helpful and gave us all the types of options we Qualified for. They made it understandable and easy to deside. Next are the Amazing 2 young men who delivered our furniture in very inclement weather! Snow had dump 2 ft and my husband had just got home after being stuck in Portland overnight. He was trying to clear our road so that we could all get in or out. The young men went to work right away shoveling snow so they could bring in the new and take the old out! Hubby was still trying to make it easier for them to get out. Me? I just held the door open ! 😂 They were so nice and really did go out of their way to help! They also showed me how to put it together and take it apart. Couldn’t ask for more pleasant and respectful young men! Their parents must be very proud of them! So I give these people (Every single one of them) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a Halsey Dining set(Actual original name is Murray 7 pc), which is the first picture i took in the store. Got it delivered fairly quickly(after 4 hours)same day. Rey did a good job, quick and kind. Next, I opened the box with the table.. the color of the set was completely a different color. Cherry walnut was exactly what I DIDNT want. The manager said it might be the lighting in the store... No! It's not the lighting, obviously. Was also told that this dining set comes in only 1 color. Sure, the one you're displaying in your store, why trick people into this illusion. If this is the actual color you're selling, why is the display a different color? What's this trickery for? Why sell me some red walnut? Are you not aware of the product details you're selling to people? Why slip me your "last one available in stock" that's different... Waste of time and energy.. The third photo I posted is an approximate example of the color I saw and ordered and what I received. This is very frustrating!
