Night & Day Furniture — Local services in Vancouver

I am a customer in NYC and have had a great experience with Night & Day. I've had one of their beds for 8 years... yes, 8 years. It is a simple wood platform bed that I have customized with my own headboard. This bed has moved between three different apartments and has maintained its strength and rigidity all these years. But MOST importantly, the customer service (Cody) has been fantastic! I lost all of my assembly hardware and for just $40, they are sending me every piece I need to reassemble my bed. The customer support was all human all the way through. I emailed the parts I needed, they quoted me, took my card info and shipped the parts all in ONE DAY. Really awesome support and service. Couldn't be happier....

I was so excited to stumble upon one of the few Murphy Bed warehouse makers right here in Vancouver! The staff were so friendly and helpful showing me their overstock/returns. They only sell that stuff to the public otherwise you have to find their furniture through a store.

They had several tempting pieces from Murphy Cabinet Beds that require no wall installation to couch beds and futons. You could tell they are made with quality materials including the mattresses.

If you want to buy from their overstock, you bring cash and they load up the pieces for you to take away. When I go to get one of these, this is definitely where I will go as prices were reasonable and the staff caring...

I recently came across an ad on Craigslist for a twin bed frame. I was concerned about the cash only transaction/final sale. Happy to reset the whole experience was positive from start to finish. I dealt with Spencer who was very courteous and helpful. The guys in the warehouse were also helpful. There was a small scratch, which was pointed out to me prior to me leaving the warehouse.

One of the pictures in the instructions was wrong. I would recommend laying it out and piecing it together before screwing...
