Worst experience for Starbucks in a Safeway. Woman at register had attitude like I was a burden. Apparently you have to have a gift card barcode on the app in order to use/earn stars. Excuse me for not knowing. No problem. Order 2 different drinks and 3 pastries. Unfortunately she trades places with the woman at the bar and makes my drinks. Doesn't put my pastries in the oven. Makes both of my drinks the same, instead of the 2 different drinks I order. Shoves them at me, says have a good day. I said I still needed my pastries. She lets out a huge sigh, no apologies. As shes warming my pastries I taste both drinks and discover my wife's is the same drink as mine, which she wouldn't want. I tell her she made the same drink 2xs. No apology but an embarrassingly loud announcement to the whole store "I have to remake a drink so everyone's going to have to wait longer!" and then proceeds to complain about everything she hates about her job "great I just know they will make me stay late today..." she remade the drink infusing it with all her angst.    Read moreCame in this morning some time after 8:30am. Ordered a Venti Hazelnut oatmilk espresso and an apple croissant. Anytime I come to this location, the Baristas always have such a great positive attitude except for one barista who happened to be working with Heather at this mornings shift. She also had no name tag. She is always so rude when taking orders, very confrontational, and crass. I thought it was just me, but this morning I went out of my way to ask the customer after me if she felt the same way about this particular barista. The other customer agreed with me that this specific barista with no name tag has horrible customer service, and was rude to her when taking her order as well. She should not be working in customer service if she can not be polite to all customers. Thank you to the other baristas, Heather, Sam and the other two girls with tattoos, you guys rock!    Read moreI usually don’t write reviews because 1 time could just be an accident or new/poor employee … but it’s really unacceptable, this is one of the busiest Starbucks I been to yet they usually only have 1 employee or 1 employee and some trainees who they make make everything and they mess every drink up… they always forget to put cream base in our drinks and it’s always super watery or on Carmel drinks all of the Carmel is at the bottom & taste disgusting … what made me really write my review today is after a a mess up at every order (& I go pretty often) my family only eats birthday cake pops & they’re usually out.. totally fine…except she charged me before knowing, forgot I ordered it and then asked if I was okay with chocolate … no ma’am I’m not but I already paid so I’ll take what I can get, super irritating … needs new staff and...
