My son and I went into this store to buy a sheepskin rug and floor pillow after seeing discounted products online. When we got to the register, the attendant told us we would have to order online and ship to store to get the discounts, which would take 2-3 hours. I was perplexed by this, but put the items back and went home to order online, as told. I added both items to my cart, applied the code for the sign up discount (great job getting my information), then checked out and got an order confirmation.

A little while later, I got a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. Apparently I missed that only one of the items was processed, so when I got there, someone came out to my car with just the rug and told me there was only one thing on the paper. When I showed them my receipt, they returned to the store to inquire, then someone else came back with the rug to tell me the pillow was back ordered and would arrive in a few days.

I was extremely confused and annoyed now, telling them that we had literally touched that pillow on the shelf earlier and had ordered online without issue (nothing online said anything about this and took my money without issue). She said online orders require two items on the shelf because one has to be in store at all times. So... this wasn't a floor model and I could literally walk into the store and purchase at full price, leaving none on the shelf, but I can't get my item since I purchased online even though I used my time and gas to drive to your store for pick up?

What a horrible, asinine policy, World Market. :( Textbook how to lose a customer in three steps. I get that your employees are not at fault, they're just doing their jobs, but to just get "it's store policy" instead of any other assurance that this business would improve or take my feedback to heart is unacceptable and shows where your priorities lie. Big fail. If I could give this experience zero...

Every time I come here I leave feeling awful. Over the holidays I had a weird encounter with who I’m assuming is store manager? (He is bald and has an earring) he was extremely rude and actually walked away when I was speaking to him mid-sentence. Then today the cashier puts all the beverage bottles in one bag (13 bottles) and just said to “hold the bottom of the bag”. Where is the common sense ? It was impossible to lift and I asked to please split the items into 2 bags. Today they had also ran out of their free gift (which is ok!) but the alternative was a metal butterfly with an extra piece of metal attached to it so it’s obvious it’s used for something but I couldn’t figure it out , so I asked the cashier and he said “I don’t know ?! It’s a metal butterfly?!” With a very sarcastic and annoyed tone. This place needs to pay more attention who they are hiring and how they treat the customers. It’s the little kind gestures that go a long way and make a huge difference in the...

ALOT of collectibles and mainstream items. I would really like to see more authentic items. However! Compared to the few stores to their right I'd say these are much kinder people. Much more caring about their Comunity regardless or stature and much more conscious of our only environment. So 5 stars. Please don't because evil wasteful D head who care so little about others and the lengths they go to hurt people with the 1000s of dollars the completely destroy and place in the back as if to taunt with their cruel red grafitti horrible words all over slices to shreds auto air mattresses. SO MANY UGG WARM BLANKETS, DISHES THEY DISTROY POORINGVTHE GLASS ON TOP IF UN WARN MASKS AND WARM BLANKETS WHEN WE HAVE SEEN THE LARGEST HOMELESS CRISIS OF OUR TIME. THESE PEOPLE THEY WISH TO "DIE" WERE ONCE THEIR NEIGHBORS HELPING KEEP THAT NASTY BUILDING STANDING. BRAVO. WORLD MARGET FOR NOT BEING...

Really love World Market. They have a variety of goods from all over the world and the wine prices are very competitive and reasonable. Simply walking through the store is a feast on the eyes. Spend tons if time in the food section looking at all the goodies! The plates and silverware in our house are from World Market and are holding up nicely after 10 years. The only issue with the store at the moment is Covid and the Christmas rush. Not their fault. Lines are long but the world is spinning crazy right now and they are doing their best.

Amazing place, not what I originally thought it was, it is like a foreign country Bed, Bath, and Beyond with unique furniture, decor, patio furniture, and several foreign country food lanes from England, Australia, France, Italy, Japan, and China. They have some really awesome items and products to include holiday decor items for the different seasons. My first time there I was just going to look around and I purchased over $100 worth of foreign food products! Love this place! Definitely a place to checkout.

Lots of interesting and fun stuff here ranging from word food items to furniture are found at this cool store. The prices are slightly higher but that’s what happens when you choose ‘different’ products for that person who’s hard to shop for. Be prepared to wait in a long lineup as they’re doing their best to process your purchases. It ‘tis the season.
