New review 7/3/23: I finally tried ordering the food with the app and pick up inside the restaurant. I had no idea what happened. Everything seemed to work fine with the app. I told the app that I was inside the restaurant. The app said that it would be ready in 1 to 6 mintues. I waited and waited. I finally asked one of the workers about the order. It had disappeared and not on their order list.
I am disappointed that this method failed miserably. I won't use it again.
I do like their double layer soda fountain cups. It doesn't sweat like all other paper cups.
New review 5/25/23: I just tried their breakfast item Spicy Chicken Biscuit and 4 counts chick-n-minis. Don't forget to order their sauces or you would get a plain chicken biscuit. I admit that I have done that numerous times. They are still good but they taste much better with sauces.
I really like the spicy chicken biscuit. It is not very spicy but it does have a kick the moment I finished the biscuit. The chick-n-minis looked very small. Each count is really a bite so in the end it was probably the size of a chicken biscuit. They tasted good but the biscuits looked a bit underdone. I may have to give them another try to see if the biscuit cooking was a one time time. All in all, I still love and enjoy their food.
New review 5/21/23: I tried their breakfast item: Chicken biscuit. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30 am at this location. The chicken piece is almost the same size as the biscuit. That means it is not that big. However, everything about this chicken biscuit is very tasty. And don't forget to add sauces when you are ordering. I have made that mistake before. I love this location and the server is always very polite.
New review 4/11/23: I tried their watermelon mint lemonade for the first time. Oh my gosh, it was so tasty. I am not much a fan of mint but the combination was not offensive. I also like that I can get no ice, less ice or more ice. I chose less ice and still think it has too much ice. I think I will just ask for no ice next time.
New review 4/5/23: I had a medium waffle fries the other day. I had it years before and didn't like it. I can't remember why. But I gave it another try. As I was ordering this on their app, I asked for salt. They actually tossed the waffle fries with salt which absorb it quite well. Although couple pieces were super salty but they were so much better this time. I will definitely order it again.
New review 2/21/23: I am beginning to love this restaurant. I recently tried their chicken biscuit breakfast item. It was not busy at all and there was no line! I did try to get my order through their app. It was so strange that morning that the app was stuck for the first time. I was unsuccessful in placing the order. I had to go into the restaurant to finish my payment. I have becoming so accustomed to getting everything through the app and sat in the comfort of my own car. So I was a little dissapointed in their app especially it wasn't even busy.
However the chicken biscuit so very tasty. It just can't go wrong with their chicken! I will definitely get this breakfast item again. Old review: I love this location. Read moreI have visited this location on many occasions because my daughter does not like to eat some of the foods I eat which are plant based. She loves this place with her favorite being the chicken sandwich. She claims that it's just not the same without the original sauce. When we go there we usually park and go inside to order. We do this because I'm not a big fan when it comes to cars in line. It's not good for our environment due to carbon emissions. Even though the line moves real fast and they have a system that seem to work by taking per-orders outside while your in your car. Even so the line is constant and can wrap around the block which is evasive to other businesses. I could give them 4 stars due to this one fact. But I wont because they do an amazing job hiring such competent, friendly, and mature staff that seem to have good ethics and know how to treat the public. Most of the staff are young kids that look like they are in high school. That is the amazing part because Chick-fil-A must have a great training program that lines up with their hiring selection. The only reason the line is out of control is the simple fact that they serve much better food to the public that sets a higher standard. No other fast food place can even come close when it comes to quality control. They also have values that they uphold to make their business the way is. My daughter has mentioned the fact that they are religious and that's the reason why they are closed on Sundays. Sundays are a family and holy day. We love that they focus on family and God. One last thing to mention. " If you hang out at a Barbara shop long enough" guess what happens? You end up getting a hair cut. Ha ha That's what happen to me. Read moreI don’t usually come to this location often but today I was pulling into the drive thru line at around 2:35ish with one car ahead of me and there was a couple of crew members sitting in the shade which I get it’s almost 100 degrees today. But one of them begins to walk to my car and rolls her eyes which I just ignore I get it it’s hot, I roll my window down and she doesn’t even look at me and says very abruptly while I’m trying to say hey how’s it going, “can I get a name for your order” no hi no nothing. So now that I’ve been interrupted just trying to be polite, I say my order she scans my app, she was nice for maybe two seconds of that whole conversation then didn’t read my order back so I just assumed she had it right and I told her I was paying cash when I got to the window the girl at the window was very kind. She wore a blue shift lead shirt that said Evie on the receipt. She was great. When I parked my car, I checked and they charged me for the wrong sandwich and I wouldn’t have known unless I checked my bag and my receipt. So I got the courage to go inside and tell them my order was wrong which I never do and Kaitlyn helped me and she was the best. She was so sweet so understanding and she was able to get me my sandwich and she apologized profusely so thank you. I also work in customer service in the heat so I understand not feeling 100% all the time so I’m not upset with the girl in the drive-through but I appreciate Kaitlyn handling the situation.
