The parking lot is under construction making it confusing to navigate. That is my only criticism. The shuttle drivers are friendly helpful and efficient. The check in and out is easy to follow And best of all the price is right.

I paid for a week in advance and discovered my flight had been cancelled and no available flights could get me to my destination until the following day. I went back to the lot and had to fly out of of Columbus. Brian West was gracious enough to refund my prepay right away. So the customer relations ranks at 5 star for me! I use the valet service on a regular basis. The shuttle drivers are efficient and professional. You can’t beat the price!!! Every time I use the service, I have been totally satisfied. It’s the best service for the best price. Recently I had a late canceled flight. I flew into a different city so it took a while for me to retrieve my vehicle. I'm so glad I found this airport parking service. I had never used them or any service for that matter previously. Unlike some of the others, this is a locally owned and operated service. This was a plus in my book. Even though it is, they still offer online services. I was able to set up the day and approximate time of my arrival and departure, and pay online. This was super helpful! Parking my car was simple as well. I had paid online in advance, so the gate recognized my license plate and automatically opened when I pulled up. I choose the spot I wanted to park in and the driver was at my car waiting bf I ever got out of the car!! The drivers were not only friendly and helpful, but also Johnny on the spot with delivering me to and picking me up from the airport. Excellent service, both to and from the Dayton airport for our recent trip to/from Texas.

Little to no wait for checkin, the car drop-off, and the van transport to the airport.

Our return flight was weather delayed and we didn't land until about midnight. Didn't matter; Park 'n' Go tracks the return flight status, the van arrived shortly after we got to the pickup stand, the driver (Bob) put our three heavy bags into the van, and took us immediately to the Park 'N' Go lot, where our car was waiting out front with the rear door open. Bob and another gentleman put our bags in our vehicle and we were on our way in no time.

I have used Park 'n' Go for many years and will continue to do so but just because of the excellent and courteous service they always provide.
