Dollar General — Local services in Vandalia

The assistant manager, who is a bigger lady with black hair and glasses that I believe is named Amy, has been consistently shutting and locking the doors to the store severely early every night that she closes. Tonight, 9/5/24, she locked the doors immediately behind me at 9:47pm, a whole 13 minutes before the stores posted closing time both on the front doors as well as online. If you do manage to get in the store, she is extremely unkind in the way she speaks as well as her body language, and if you ask how shes doing she will very sarcastically let you know that shes, "just trying to get home." This closing of the store early, especially a store that is considered an "essential buisness," is technically in direct violation of Ohio Admin. Code 1301:8-6-05, so unless Dollar General would like legal action to be taken against them on behalf of an assistant managers negligence to do her job for an additional 15 minutes, I would strongly recommend demoting, firing, or retraining them...

I just wanna say it is 8:50 in the morning a.m. when I entered the store the first thing I said was good morning to the cashier and whoever else she was helping the cashier never looked up once to even speak. I waited in line for my turn, when it became time for me to step up to the register the lady told me to go to the previous register! My buddies had just checked out before me with this same lady! She then told me she wanted to close so she could leave and go home! I understand that and thought okay no problem! So I move to the next register as she requested me to do.
