I donāt normally leave reviews, but this Dairy Queen experience was so bad, I feel like people should be warned. The customer service here was horrible from start to finish. The staff acted like they didnāt want to be there, barely spoke, and made it clear that helping me was an inconvenience.
I ordered a chocolate malt and what I got was a watery, melted messāit was basically chocolate milk in a cup. I didn't realize this until I pulled off and took my first sip, I immediately stopped drinking it. At first, I considered just taking the loss and chalking it up as wasted moneyābut I decided to turn around and get back in line to let them know about the issue, expecting a full refund. Big mistake. I got no apology, just attitude with the person telling me that it was made with the right consistency and tried to tell me I ordered it over 20 minutes ago, which was also untrue.
After the back and forth he eventually offered to remake it, that's when I just handed back the melty mess and simply pulled off. Thereās this sloppy-looking privacy mirror tint on the drive-thru window that just feels off and sketchy; honestly at that point, I didnāt trust them to remake the milkshake correctly, so I just cut my losses.
Why is there a privacy mirror tint on the drive-thru window? What exactly are you trying to hide ā the way our food and drinks are being prepared? Or maybe it's to conceal a lack of cleanliness behind the counter? Who knows, If I were running the business, Iād never do something like that. It gives off the impression that youāve got something to hide, and thatās the last thing customers should feel

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the nicest experiences I have ever had at a fast food joint. We had a rather big order, so naturally, the ice cream and cold treats got done first. Instead of them melting on the counter, the young lady put them in the freezer and only pulled them out when the hot food was ready. Most burger places, when you get your burger, it looks nothing like the burger on the website. I can honestly say my Bacon, cheese grill burger looked exactly as pictured on the website. No flat pancake looking mess, but a nicely put together burger like the website menu pictures. The fries, were salted perfectly, and just the right amount of crispiness. The cheese curds were also nice and crispy and not the greasy mess we have gotten from other places. The banana split I had for desert was full of what looked and tasted like fresh bananas, probably frozen strawberries, but that's all right, and the pineapple was nice, and not mushy. To top it off, there was the proper amount of chocolate sauce and not the usual flood of chocolate sauce you find at other places. The service was quick, and the young lady that took our order was prompt, friendly, and made sure we had enough straws, napkins, spoons and sauces. A really great and surprisingly perfect fast food stop off...highly recommend this...

Took my order, got some food for grandson also. Gentleman came from fryers to window to take my money and was obviously not happy to serve me. He huffed and puffed trying to get the window open, snow was blowing and it was raining. I appreciated that they were open as I needed something to sooth the throat. Another vehicle pulled into the lot, it was 705 and they shut the lights off on them and they didn't place an order. The posted hours are until 10pm, but it was nasty outside and I have no doubt they were not very busy. When my food came up, the girl brought to window smashing my 2 bags through the window barely openi by it.???? really??? If you didn't want to be open, close, don't take my order and be a jerk!!!! I puked my shake on the way home so....something wasn't right? I really appreciate that they were open but not the service, attitude and shoving my bagged food out sideways barely...
