SpeedPro Dayton — Local services in Vandalia

I genuinely wish that I could give MORE than FIVE STARS! The owner says that they are dedicated to "Supreme Customer Service." And, WOW do they live up to it! I went in to ask about some vinyl graphics for our personal vehicle. The staff was very friendly, but they specialize more on commercial accounts, like vinyl wraps for a fleet of vehicles. At this point I realize that they will not be selling me anything. BUT the employee stopped what he was doing and got clarification of what EXACTLY we were looking for. He then calls the Owner to get us some free advice and direction. That's right, even after we all understood that they don't do what I needed, they continued to try to help me! The owner's comment was, "Even if we can’t do what you need, we want to help you any way that we can, even if it is just pointing you in the right direction." The owner then followed up with me MULTIPLE times until I found the right company to do what I needed. The whole process reminded me of the movie, "Miracle on 34th street" where the department store Santa sent the families to other stores, just to make sure that they were taken care of. This company knew (5 minutes into meeting us) that they could not do what we needed, but they just kept helping us until we found the right place. If they are this dedicated to someone that is not doing business with, I can only image the EPIC LEVEL of service they must give their "Paying customers." I am a small business owner. I am expanding my practice and needed a duplicate window cling for my new office door. I found SpeedPro on Google and thought it was another small fish in a big pond who might need the business. How wrong I was in my assessment. I walked into SpeedPro and it was huge and impressive. I was greeted right away by a kind young lady. I felt silly with my request for a simple door cling when I noticed huge printed signs for HUGE businesses I was familiar with. The young lady took me to Cody, a co-owner of the company. To sum up my experience, my window cling was quoted at less than $20, but I was treated like it was a $20,000 order. Cody communicated each evening making sure every detail was correct. I honestly could not believe it. The SpeedPro cling was an exact match to the cling I had made elsewhere for triple the cost.

I HIGHLY recommend this business for the quality, the friendliness, and the honest pricing. I even asked Cody, “are you sure of the cost?” You’ve got to love a good business. Thank you SpeedPro team for the 3-day turnaround and superb experience!

Bonita Five Stones...

Ran into a time crunch issue getting our marching band's senior banners printed in time for our "senior night," which the school administration decided would be the FIRST home football game of the year this year due to the pandemic and not knowing how many games may get cancelled in the future. Usually we have 2 months to prepare for that night... this time we had less than 2 weeks! I called them cold on a Tuesday after reading some other reviews (after another vendor couldn't guarantee delivery in time), talked to Cody, explained my problem and that we needed them by Friday afternoon. He said no problem, sent me a link to upload my files, and took all the worries out of what was spiking my blood pressure at the time! ;) Sent me photos of the progress a couple days later, and then offered to deliver them to me on the day I needed them, 30 miles from their location. Can't complain one bit about the excellent customer service...cost... or quality! We will DEFINITELY use them again (hopefully under LESS demanding circumstances!)
