Placed door dash order put in delivery instructions i needed silverware and napkins didn't put either in the bag this the fault of the restaurant and door dash driver silverware plates should be given with every order called to complain about it they were argumentative and I ordered the general tso chicken with onions no onions and chicken was dry waste of money they don't care about their customers stay away from this restaurant plates silverware and napkins should be included in every single order a place serving food needs to follow those instructions and the door dash driver doesn't care either the only thing they need to do is make sure the entire order is there and bring plates silverware and napkins to every order and ordered on Christmas day because I am alone not cooking they are...

Website won't let you order lunch special within the lunch special time-frame. You have to call it in. Called it in, & price changed from $44 to $49 for delivery & lady said it's because I asked for lo mein instead of fried rice. She also tried to coerce me into paying cash with a free soda or crab rangoons. The beef was dry & flavorless, the sauce had absolutely no flavor, the crab rangoons were not filled with cream cheese, but with pure sugar & what seemed to be mayo. The chicken was chewy & the lo mein was dry. The fried rice had no flavor, just no flavor whatsoever! The egg rolls are tiny spring rolls. Not a big fan of the soups so yeah... definitely not...

My experience was TERRIBLE. Walked in to grab an order as a dasher for my customer, and the woman working, whom I’m assuming may be the owner, was very rude. She kept demanding that I confirm the order, and I was asking her if there was a receipt as I have to snap a picture of it to then confirm the order. This woman proceeded to snatch my phone out of my hand to try and confirm the order for me. Realizing she didn’t know what the Hek she was doing, I grabbed my phone back and asked to see a receipt to confirm my order. Us dasher are here to help you, and you should treat them as so.
