Vapor Haus Vandalia — Local services in Vandalia

I have been a regular customer at this shop for months now. I haven't received poor service until today when I came in to purchase some vape juice. I came in and only one worker stood up to help me. After a few minutes the other guy stood up to help, and I almost wish he hadn't. He cut me off every time I tried to ask him a question, he was very rude to the other worker who originally had tried to help me. In fact he cut him off right in front of me and proceeded to help me instead of the first gentleman. He acted as if he was the manager but I don't think he was. I wasn't able to catch his name, but he was tall and thin and had a pretty big beard and I hadn't seen him working in there before. I won't be returning after today sadly, or I will just relocate to a different shop. He ruined what was my favorite shop for me and I just want to warn other customers of his behavior in hope that something is...

WOW!!!!! An employee suggested I buy a grab bag from them! Seemed like a good deal. Until i tried the salt nic they had provided. It was old and tasted disgusting. I knew i may not have liked what i bought, but for it to be an unusable product (the bottle was hard on one side). I came in to let them know and was told there was nothing at all they could do. Selling old products that have went bad should be against the law!!!!!!

I see the response and don't know how else to comment back..... I've still yet to receive a phone call or been contacted back from anyone associated with the vapor haus. It's sad because I've been a customer for years! This experience has ruined my business with all vapor haus's or the CBD...
