Shoppes at Northwoods — Local services in Vandalia

This place needs a makeover and a cleaning. It's a dirty and nasty place. Trash cans need to be emptied and trash on the sidewalks picked up. Windows are dirty. The stores are very cluttered. Restaurant near dollar tree is in need of the health department. Went in a while back at opening at 11 am. Waiter had to take me to 5 different tables before they could find one without food on the seats and the tables because of not being cleaned the night before. When I did sit down my feet were on chips and I touched the seat and got tomatoes on my hand. Jus beware. The grocery store is dark and dismal. Dirty and cluttered. Rude employees. Extremely distant. It's easy to get to the Kroger shopping center just off interstate 75, there's always plenty of parking. It's easy to read the the description signs so I know what is in every row, they are always hanging from the ceiling at the beginning of each row and if I still can't find it there always an associate close by who kindly will point us in the right direction. They also have a good amount of registers open so we your ready to check out your not standing in a long line watching the ice cream melt!
