Subway — Restaurant in Vandalia

I showed up 9:35pm to order 1 sub. Place is open but no one around. There is a customer in front of me waiting also. He said he watched the worker make a sub for another customer and then tell this customer to hang on a second he would be right back. But he disappeared for over 20 minutes. The front desk girls at the flying j had to go find him. Finally he comes out and starts to make the male customer his order, makes me wait for 10mins only to tell me he closes in 10 mins. And refuses to make me a sub. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Place sucks and I thought it was pretty ignorant to hide in the bathroom for over 20 mins to waste time before they close!!! Strike this place off my list...

Wanted to get a sub and I always try to be polite is I ask the worker how’s it going no response shows me the first red flag she then proceeded to have a b*chy attitude I ask to get it toasted she did everything like she hated working there we finally get to the vegetables all the vegetables were soggy now that I lost my patience i told her they look disgusting I asked her would you eat that she plainly said “no I didn’t do the prep “ I’m thinking bruh this is your job. I went to this Subway around 1215, it had the Open sign in the window, and the Google hours said it was still open. The woman working the counter was extremely rude, yelling at other customers about how she wouldn't do this any more. She was literally throwing ingredients on my sandwich and wasn't listening to a word I said about my order. She nearly dropped my sandwich and caught it between her legs. I almost walked out without my order. I then watched her go out to her car for 30 minutes smoking weed and yelling to herself.
