went on a sunday with 14 of us we spent a few hours of bowling fun until the very unprofessional what i think is a poor excuse for a manager telling me that we played 75 games and owed them $200! I tried explained to him that I only played 3 and that if in deed we played 75 that each of us would have had to play 6 games a person WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN ! he did not want to hear anything i had to say except that his machine says we played 75 games the same machine that had to be fixed when a few of us had a strike but did not count up the points ! its a shame that after the 14 of us had already spent $200 on food and drinks you would think that the amount of game that we did play which was 55 not 75 they would in good customer service they would be happy to receive. The place is very dated, house balls are super beat up and need to start to be replaced. Some of the lanes don't work well. Small children won't register when they throw which really makes the small kids super happy. Went in with a group of 14 to celebrate nephews bday went to concession to get pitchers of soda for the kids and adults and I swear this man was higher than a Boeing 747. I was told they don't do pitchers of soda you have to buy them individually ( which is false because we usually come here for birthdays because it's local) I was also told that if I wanted to order any food "it would be awhile because there is a party going on" and I could speak to the manager. We were a party of 4. Played 2 games (so 8 total/pp), but got charged for 11 (extra 3 games!) because my husband and step father decided to bowl a few practice rounds while we waited forever for our food! Ordered food, took an hour to get it, fries came out first and cold, then pizza and wings. Pizza was so unevenly cooked, half was burnt, and one piece was raw. Wings were cold and DROWNED in sauce. All this said, the poor girl was in the kitchen by herself while the other worker stood around doing nothing instead of helping her...
