Art has had my tv for over 3 months. over this time heas NEVER called me to update me on the status of my tv, every time I had to call HIM and he was very rude. He had no problem taking my $40 to look at it but when it comes down to actually fixing it he has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! He also told me repeatedly that if I want to pick it up I can but he's keeping my $40. If he actually did ANYTHING AT ALL I could accept that, but he has told me hes waiting on a circuit board one time, then the next time I called he said he was waiting on a main board. He obviously didnt even look at the tv since he cant give me a straight answer on what he is actually fixing. In late December, someone identifying himself as Art; stated our Bose CD/Radio music system was repaired and ready for pick-up.
