MY WIFE BOUGHT A NEW SETTING FOR HER 1 KARAT DIAMOND AND TRADED IN THE OLD GOLD SETTING. I will never shop at this place again. Way over priced. Customer service, the workers are good people. But the management sucks. I spent thousands in this store. They wouldn’t accommodate me for a ten minute solder job. I’m a former benchwork jeweler. Over priced me. $200 to solder a ring onto a cross. I got it done, properly, for $40. Geez Louise. This place is a 100% definite clas A double spare me “pass”. Plenty of other good jewelers in the area. Look them up.

The shop replied as you can read below, however, they did quote me $200 to do the job despite they claimed otherwise and I had to leave it for more than a week. I maintain that a company should give their good repeat customers attention and priority. They can say what they want to but I know what occurred and hence, my review and now my response to their reply. Yes they are way over priced, yes they don’t value their repeat customers and yes you can find a better place to shop for your jewelry. I am extremely upset and angered at this place. Bub bye...

If we could give Classic Creations 10 stars, we would! We have been loyal customers since 2007 when my husband purchased my engagement ring. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. We just worked with Steve on our 15 year anniversary upgrade and we are so very grateful for all of his help! He made us feel like family. The process was so simple- I sent Steve pictures of what I liked and he provided us with a few options at our appointment which alleviated us feeling overwhelmed. He is extremely knowledgeable, you won’t ever feel like you are being upsold or taken advantage of. I thought my upgrade would require purchasing a new band but Steve was able to use my original band and alter it which is great because it’s holds a lot of sentimental value.
