I got engaged in February and picked out a beautiful 2 carat round cut diamond with a simple 14 ct white gold band. I loved it at first but then I wasn't getting the "WOW FACTOR "out of it that I was expecting. I looked everywhere with no luck, for a wrap or an additional band of diamonds to make it dazzle. I was referred to Jeff and Kristen by my fiance who swears by them for all his watch repairs. I finally brought my ring in to J &K , and Kristen took hours helping me custom design the most spectacular and magnific setting that included a halo of diamonds around the center stone. It is the most incredible piece of art I've ever seen and I can't stop staring at it!! After Jeff set my original stone in the center of this custom ring, and they called to tell me it was ready to be picked up, I rushed over there and just started crying with pure joy when I placed it on my finger!! I highly recommend J&K and will never go anywhere else but them again. They are honest, they listen to your needs and concerns, and they work with you to make YOU happy. Just had to share! HUGE thanks to J and K Jewelers. Stopped in the other day a couple of minutes past closing — potential new customer, so did not know their business hours — but jumped out of the car and dashed in hopping they could at least answer a question, and then I’d come back the following day for service…nothing to do but take care of me on the spot! Turned computer systems back on and all. You’d have thought I was making a big purchase, but not so. Just needed a new watch battery…didn’t seem to matter at all — just provided prompt, pleasant service. While there I found out through conversation that they can address several additional needs for antique watches/jewelry. Could not have been more appreciative. They certainly have my business forever forward! I brought in a very delicate gold necklace that had broken and Jeff and his wife were incredible in their service, pricing, and expertise. The necklace had broken in the same way before, and the repair on that at another jewelry store cost upwards of $150 and obviously did not remedy the necklace long term. Jeff and his wife not only repaired the necklace but also made it stronger and more durable for the future, going above and beyond in their service. Not only that, but when I put the necklace back on (which looked identical to it pre-break, but is now clearly sturdier without sacrificing the design) I noticed that it is so remarkably clean and sparkling compared to my other jewelry. They must have cleaned it with such care for it to appear like that, and I greatly appreciate not only their service and professionalism but this attention to detail. The pricing was fantastic too! Less than 1/3 the price I paid for the less thorough repair at a previous jeweler....
