This jewelry business is an amazing 5 star FAMILY owned and operated store. I moved here in 2020 and almost immediately was gifted a 3 carat diamond ring from a sick friend . (I know right ?) I needed it sized and appraised for insurance coverage. I picked this store because of the generational family history. I walked in and was greeted by owner Rita, daughter Nicole and Don from sales. I can’t explain it but it was more than a warm welcome. Everyone loved my story about my friend sending it in an envelope, regular mail for 82 cents !! Don looked at it my stone and informed me it was spectacular. He called in Gianni, who is the on site master jeweler and another oh so friendly guy. Long story short, they had sized it while I waited, put different guards on it, and fixed a watch for me. That’s IT. I was able to send a friend who bought several perfect silver necklaces for special gifts. Every time I walk in I am treated like royalty. It feels like Cheers where everybody knows your name. I hope my sincerity shines through this review. If I feel like family after purchasing virtually nothing, I can only image how happy a “real” client would be.

UPDATE: October 9, 2020 Tony, the owner saved the day again by cutting my ring off my swollen finger the day before hand surgery. Complications brought about a fall ending with a fractured pelvis, but with my beautiful stone tucked safely away in Reflections safe I was able to concentrate on healing ❤️‍🩹. Upon my return months later Tony would not accept payment for the restoration of this ring. They even ORDERED the platinum needed to greatly increase the width of my band. The result is a beautifully fitting band that has the heft to hold the stone so it REFLECTS ( get it ?) beautifully with no sliding.

I was looking for a jeweler to do some repair and re-tip work on my wedding set, after being told I needed $500+ worth of retip work completed before wearing them again by another jeweler in the area. (I was told I was about to loose the diamonds) A family member recommended Reflections in Gold, so we took 3 rings in for estimates to retip the wedding set, resize the 2nd band and repair and retip the 3rd. We spoke with Rita, who examined each ring in depth and began to detail what was, and WASN'T needed. Imagine my surprise when I was informed there was nothing wrong with the wedding set and there was only 1 tip that needed repair! Wow! Talk about respect and honesty to the customer! So, instead of spending money on unneeded repairs, we had improvements made to the set, resized the second band and repaired and 1 retip on the 3rd. I picked my rings up today and thought I was looking at 3 brand new sparkling diamond rings! They are beautiful! If there were 10 stars at the top of this review, it still would not be enough. Thank you Rita and Reflections in Gold for your professionalism, putting your customer first and going above and beyond my expectations. One word for this...

We were getting married and decided to use Reflections for my fiancé’s wedding band. That was the beginning of finding a jeweler who speaks our language. Everyone there makes you feel as though you are family. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll find it or make it! Seriously!!! My fiancé purchased my wedding gift there, a stunning diamond necklace and a “just because I love you,”tri-colored gold necklace just days before our wedding. He could have gone to any number of jewelers in Venice but chose Reflections because of how well they treated us when we went in to pick out his wedding band. My fiancé did not purchase my engagement ring there only because he lived out of the area and used his jeweler in Missouri. I later returned and picked out his wedding gift and their jewelers made the cross onsite and it is stunning! I can’t say enough about Reflections Gold in Venice. When we need a jeweler, not if but when we need a jeweler😊 we will not consider any one else in the area. Thank you Reflections for being such a wonderful part of our special occasion.
