Local Spot 941 — Restaurant in Florida

Been driving past it for nearly a year making a promise to myself that I will give it a try before the year ends. I sat there for a brief moment perusing the menu... The Ruben was the final decision. Boy oh boy was I thrilled when my Ruben arrived. Sure appearance is a sales point. But the flavor was undeniably the best I've had in a long time. Many businesses make a bold claim but this one hit the spot. I asked for some jalapeños to hit me with a bit of spiciness. Least expected they read my mind. The chef griddled some pickled jalapeños exciting the spice but also enunciating a bit of tanginess alongs side the sauerkraut! I'll be back to show a friend one of my latest discoveries! Went back today. Still the perfect bacon cheese burger and the friendliest staff. We vacation here 3 times a year. It has been added to our Thursday night meal, 'cause Thursday is $10 burgers and a side day. Thanks Local Spot 941!

First time eating at The Local Spot 941 for my wife and me. It's family owned and operated-we met mom, dad, the son, and the daughter. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I'm a hamburger and bacon fan and it was $10 burger night when we went (Thursday). I had a bacon burger cooked EXACTLY as I requested. My wife had the patty melt. Not only was my hamburger delicious, but the fries were excellent. My wife had two big slices of watermelon for her side. She loved her patty melt. The wrap I ordered yesterday was a work of art in my opinion! The chef really cares about what he does and I appreciated the hint of horseradish sauce that was perfect but not too overwhelming!

The French fries are not greasy and the onion rings are the best I’ve had in a long time.

*extra bonus: you can order a side of macaroni and cheese that is the real thing not lubricated plastic that is sold at other places. It’s small like a shot glass but it’s just enough to enjoy yourself without going over board. The coleslaw tasted home made as well.
