This store agreed to sell me a piece. I spoke to the owner and set up a pickup time for the next day. I rented a truck to drive 2 hours to the store only to get a message when I was half way there telling me they sold the item. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone deal with this store.

Your question the night before was your paying cash? Then you said it will be ready when you get here. When you make a deal on the phone and you say it will be there when the customer gets there you committed to that. You can choose to do business how you wish. Way overpriced. The building is half empty too. Not so much an antique store as it is a used furniture store. Owners are also unfriendly. We walked in there with our masks on and the owner was not wearing a mask which we had no problem with. We then took our masks off while walking around and as we went to leave she said that we needed to "mask up". Contradictory much?? It was like she randomly changed her mind. Very odd.
