South Shore Plaza — Local services in Vermilion

Inside this south shore plaza is a dollar general where the store mgr & employees are exceptional. They are extremely helpful, very professional. There was a challenge with using online coupons, cashier referred me to the mgr who bent over backwards to make it right, even though the app itself wasn't cooperating. She never said I 'dont know anything, I can't do anything, or I just can't help you, or I got nothing, like just about every other type of chain store has done. She has gone so far out of the way to skirt the system to make it work for me, the customer. Exemplary customer service. Would drive all the way to Vermillion just for someone who...

I visit Ace Hardware on the regular to ship my UPS boxes. The staff is friendly, more than helpful, and always informative... I have also found that they have great selection of seasonal products along with their everyday items!

Dollar Store is located here, very clean store I shop here whenever I can, after going into the Amherst store by Aldi's the bathroom and store is horribly dirty I will never again shop there.....you want a CLEAN good atmosphere and maintained...
