Subway — Restaurant in Vermilion

If I could give it less stars I would. I walked in and someone was sitting on the counter behind the sub station should have been a first red flag. The girl didn't know what roast beef was and the bread was so flat even the guy was looking for a okay one and still didn't find one so flat bread I got. Every topping I asked for was portioned for a 2 year old I barely got anything. Unfortunately I paid while they were being toasted or I would have passed and walked out. They cut the subs in half and had to individually wrap 6inch subs cause they had no 12inch wraps. Okay but when they cut the subs in half the items in the sub fell out. I watched in horror while they didn't throw it back on the sub and threw it away... Wow I literally had no toppings on one of my subs! No cookies either and now I see why when I drive past at night no one is ever there. STAY AWAY! I had to drive to the other subway in town and they fixed my subs the experience over there was so...

It is 1:51 pm Sunday March 9th , I Placed an online order for my son who has sensory , he will only eat like 3 things and they have to be the same way he likes them . The kind young lady helped me when I forgot to select “toasted “ . I told her it was not necessary to make a whole new sandwich she could just put it in the toaster, but she assured me that it wouldn’t be good for the lettuce if I did that and remade my sandwich fast and exactly how I needed it and was so kind! The atmosphere was very clean...

Most of the employees have bad attitudes and seem to not care They mean mug you and don’t welcome you. They never make the sandwiches the way you built them online. I ordered BLT…. Why is this sub without BACON? Always out of chips you want. Don’t update the order online to tell you when its ready. Most of the employees I’ve ever seen here seem to be unable to do this job….. I think this is the last time I give them my business. Two stars… one for each employee that actually...
