Candie’s Couture — Local services in Vermillion Township

Tried calling to ask them a question but nobody answered, so figuring they were just too busy to get to the phone we drove over there and according to their posted hours they were supposed to open 30-45 mins before but the door was locked, lights were off, and nobody was there. There wasn’t a note on the door for information on the inconvenience or anything. Idk if someone was super late for work or what the deal was but it’s definitely not okay to be closed when the hours online and on your door says you should be open.
