It’s so great to have our very own ice cream shop in Vermillion: Cow & Spoon. I like that you can grab ice cream right across from the movie theater and then walk around downtown. I tried the Mounds flavor tonight, because I love coconut flavor… and I kid you not, it’s like biting into a Mounds chocolate bar, right down to the shreds of coconut. Incredible. There were about 15 or 16 people crowded around the window, but fortunately they had not run out of the Mounds flavor. I hope they keep it around for a while. I tried Strawberry Fields with a waffle cone and was over the moon. The prices are incredibly fair for the product you are receiving. I cannot wait to go...
