Rent-A-Center — Local services in Vernon Township

I went in and I wanted an Ashley 4 post bed with drawers on the side and the manager said she would order it but it would take 6 months to a year and that I could rent another model and when the bed I wanted came I could just transfer payments maid to the new bed i agreed then I picked a middle in store and when the delivered it they put it together wrong so it's not sturdy and it was also missing pieces it was supposed to have a drawer under the front they said they forgot it in the store and would return to put it in and since then I have not received or heard anything about it accept they don't have it in the store it has been a year and I still don't have the drawer and when I asked about the original bed I asked them to order they said they never ordered it and that now it is no longer in stock and I just have to keep the one I have. Now I'm almost done paying for a bed I never even wanted and it's still...

Aww man they are a true blessing I read a lot of reviews about these Rent-A-Center and everybody talks about the auto pay. You don’t have to have it on all you Gotta do is turn it off and manually pay it every Time is due. Just make sure you pay it off in six months but I’ve had nothing but a great experience, Between the manager and the employees they’ve been wonderful to me. I moved into my apartment and they made sure I had something to sleep on within a week. By far a good set of employees, Keep up the good work...

I have been buying things from the Meadville pa location for awhile now however this last experience is the worst I've ever had their store manager is extremely ignorant and has no business dealing with public their autopay got me 3 times and overdrew my account I never signed up for auto pay and instead of helping she became rude and ignorant and said their computers don't make those errors however the computers wouldn't even work to make a copy...
