Been using this pharmacy for years and haven't had an issue until the last year. There's this one female pharmacist of Indian descent here who either hates me personally for some reason or is just an incredibly rude and unhappy person. They suddenly started only filling anywhere from 12-20 pills a month instead of the quantity of 30 that my doctor prescribed. I had to make two appointments with my doctor to tell him what was happening and address the issue, since this pharmacist was unwilling to call my doctor to clarify directly with him. I had to pay a total of $150 in copays to tell my doctor how to change the wording on his script so that I would receive the quantity of my medication that he wanted me to. Today I called to ask if they had received a prescription that I asked my doctor to call in several days ago. This woman abruptly told me they didn't get anything for me and to call my doctor back. She did this without asking my name, which medication I'm calling about, etc. Again, I don't know if this woman is lazy, has poor English language skills and can't understand when I ask her questions, or is just plain rude and vindictive, and if this pharmacy we're not within spitting distance of my house, I would have left a year ago when she took it upon herself to choose how much medication I should be taking. All other staff I've interacted with have been polite, kind, and very helpful. Perhaps you could post this employee's hours so I never have to speak with her on the phone or in person, because otherwise I'll just start driving somewhere totally out of my way to feel even a...
Read moreForget Curbside. I am extremely upset. I am at very high risk for Covid due to autoimmune disorder. I ONLY shop curbside. I made a pick up order online submitted my payment information. I submitted the order and I received an email receipt. Later, when I got to the store, someone called me on my cell to say they could not process payment for the order. I went over the figures I received in the email, and they said I still owed $1.80. After discussion, I gave up and said fine, charge my card. Then they said I would have to come into the store to pay. I said I was not willing to risk my life to give them $1.80, especially when my card was already on file. (I had just used it to pick up a prescription at the drive up minutes earlier.) No, they said I had to go into the store. After I become very agitated and upset, they finally just brought my order out. PLEASE!!!! If you are going to have curbside pickup because of the pandemic, don't set it up so people have to go into the store. That...
Read moreI had a package from IKEA delivered to Walgreens in Vernon because FEDX uses them as a safe spot. The item was delivered and FEDX sent me a notification to my cell because the item was delivered. I believe this was in August 2025, I got to Walgreens, and the item wasn't there. Someone in the store said they gave the item back to the driver for FEDX, this was not true, and the item was stolen from the store. The manager OLGA refused to help me locate the item and was being rude and then she said that the store wasn't an agent for FEDX, and that was a lie. Olga was rude and raising her voice. I believe the item was stolen from an employee at the store. Walgreens should have reimbursed me for the item that was lost or stolen at their store, but they refused and they were very unprofessional. FEDX said the item was at Walgreens and I believe an employee put the item in their car and told Olga the...
