I really can't say enough about this gift shop. First, I was greeted with smiles. I was looking for a sympathy gift. I was helped immediately. They had so many beautiful items at all price ranges. I was not pressured in buying the higher price item. The sales lady (I am embarrassed that I forgot her name) was wonderful. She pointed out where I should look and she let me browse. When I needed her she came right out and helped me. She was very personable. I felt very comfortable. They also ship your gift out of state. I went in looking to replace a memory lamp I had broken. I was so upset when I went in and the staff there was beyond kind in helping me select and wrap a replacement that is absolutely beautiful. I was literally crying and they did not get ruffled at all, just showed me what they had and helped make suggestions when I felt overwhelmed.
