Wow! was the first word that came out of our mouths when we first walked into Dr. Daniels' CT Valley Orthodontic's Office this summer. My 3 boys and I were amazed at the facility and even more amazed at how super friendly all the staff were when we walked in for the first time! We got the tour of this wonderful facility and it was super fun for my boys, with lots for them to do and even popcorn, candy and hot chocolate for them to drink (yes, even in the summer). Our situation was quite different than most as we live on the island of St Maarten where the dental and medical care is limited, so we came to CVO for a second opinion. Dr. Daniels and his staff were super flexible with handing my son's case since we would have a long distance treatment. They were willing to work with us, despite our distance and limited ability to come for appointments. Then we went back to St Maarten and while we were trying to make the final decison to begin the treatment, St Maarten got a direct hit with the strongest hurricane on record. Most of our house was destroyed as well as my husband's business and we could no longer live in our house. We stayed with our neighbors and air-evacuated our 3 boys to NJ with my husband's family to go to school and have some sort of normalcy. I tell you all this to say that when I finally got a chance to go on the internet, I received an email from Natasha from Dr. Daniel's office asking how we were doing, hoping we didn't suffer any damage, etc. When they heard of our situation, they quickly responded back that Dr. Daniel's would like to like to offer to do my son's treatment for free. I was so overwhelmed by the heart of Dr. Daniels that it brought tears to my eyes and still does. I am so grateful for people like him in this world. It has helped bring joy in a very life-altering situation and I can not thank him enough! I finally got off the island on Nov 2nd to come visit my boys in NJ, and last Thursday, Nov 9th, my son had his appointment at Dr. Daniels office to install his Invisalign treatment. Again, Dr. Daniels and the staff were amazing. The staff that worked on my son's mouth were super professional, friendly, and accommodating and explained everything we needed to know. Again, they are being flexible with our situation since we don't know where we will be in 12 weeks for our follow-up appointment, so they are allowing a FaceTime appointment if necessary. Amazing. We don't get anywhere close to this great customer service in St Maarten. This has been an incredible experience for us and we are totally overwhelmed. Also, my son was amazed he got a follow-up call on Friday from the office to see how he was doing. He was happily surprised by this....none of this we are used to. Needless to say, my family 💯 percent recommends this office. It's second to none...never seen a better orthodontist staff or facility anywhere! Thanks again from the bottom of...

Today, my soon to be 8-year old got her top braces. My girl has major anxiety. We have struggled with flu shots, doctors visits, teeth cleaning and have been told she will grow out of it, but she has not. Connecticut Valley Orthodontics was recommended to us by our regular dentist because of their ability to work with tough patients. I must say, the moment I walk into their office, it felt like an amazing place.

My daughter cried when we got to the office. All the kids at school told her that her mouth was going to hurt and the anxiety increased. However, the office has a gorgeous fish tank and my daughter calmed down. She stared at the fish and began to self soothe. There is a small pond with coy fish and my daughter loved looking at the fish swim. The colors on the walls were vibrant and it felt like a great place. Most importantly, the staff were just patient and incredible.

Meghan and Dr. Daniels were such an amazing tag-team. Meghan explained each tool she was going to use to my daughter to help her understand that there was nothing to fear. She encouraged my daughter to take as many breaks as she needed to help lower her anxiety and it worked! There were no melt-downs. Dr. Daniels was simply brilliant. He has a charm with kids to make them feel at ease. My daughter became a little chatter-box with him and she was totally comfortable under his care.

When we were done, Meghan gave me thorough instructions on how to help clean her braces and I left their office completely delighted! Dr. Daniels even took a selfie with my daughter.

I whole-heartedly recommend this practice to anyone, especially to those moms and dads with children that require extra attention.

Best Orthodontist EVER! This office is the most impressive I have seen! The staff are very professional and pleasant. It's very clean, bright, colorful and technologically up to date. There is a computer at the entrance to check yourself into the office simply by typing your last name. This reduces congestion at the receptionist desk in my opinion and makes for an easy in, easy out experience. For those of you with children, there is a TV in the wait room that usually plays child friendly content, toys and a videogaming station to keep them occupied. They play a variety of popular music which is refreshing. There is a large aquarium tank and a small koi pond as well in the area where patients are seen which makes it pretty relaxing. You will receive an email for all appointments made. They will call and/or text to confirm your appointment 48-72 hrs prior to your appointment. All my treatment options were explained to me and my wants and needs were kept in mind throughout the entire process. If you get invisalign, they use a 3D scanner on your teeth which I thought was pretty nifty. If you have missing teeth in the front of your mouth there are options to fill the gap in the invisalign with an off with dental "goo" that dries like playdough. You can also get a fake tooth color matched and placed in your retainer. My teeth were a complete wreck from a car accident before I began treatment here. Now my smile is soooo much straighter and will be 100% after I complete my collaborative treatment between Dr.Daniels, oral surgeon Dr. Ansari and dentist Dr. Noridge. For anyone looking to have orthodontic work done, I HIGHLY recommend this place above anywhere else. They really go above and beyond...
